How do the poles connect to the chair?
It is very simple.  The pipes disconnect for easy travel and can be transported in a custom pipe sleeve sold through the Online Store.  Once at the venue, the pipes slide into tubes that are professionally welded to each side of the chair.  A hole in the pipe matches up with a hole in the side tube and a locking pipe pin keeps it from moving while in use.

How much weight can The Hora Chair hold?
Hora chairs should be used to lift one person at a time.  They are rated up to 300 lbs.

Can we order replacement parts such as pipes and pipe pins?
Yes.  Replacement parts can be ordered through our Online Store.

What is the return policy?
Hora Chairs can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the product.  It is up to the purchaser to pay for return shipping.

What does shipping cost?
Each Hora Chair ships FedEx Ground for $80 to almost anywhere in the country. The Chair comes in one box and the pipes in a second box.
